A community mental health center serving four counties in central Alabama. We rebuilt their site around Section 504: multi-location architecture, a clinician directory, an employment portal, and a published accessibility statement with a working feedback channel — all editable by their non-technical office staff via email.

- Are your sites HIPAA-safe?
- We design them so HIPAA is not a question: we never store, transmit, or process PHI. Intake forms and patient messages route directly into your existing secure systems. The website itself stays outside HIPAA scope, which is the safest place for it to be.
- Can you handle our employment listings?
- Yes. Email us postings to add, update, or remove and we handle them. You do not need an applicant tracking system for the listings themselves, though we can link to one you already use.
- What exactly do you do about Section 504?
- We build to WCAG 2.1 AA, ship a published accessibility statement, stand up a feedback channel that reaches a real person, and keep a remediation log. We will not tell you that makes your practice compliant — no vendor can honestly promise that — but it is the website portion done properly and documented.
- How do you handle multiple locations?
- Each location gets its own page with hours, phone, address, services, and Local Business schema so it appears correctly in Google Maps. You email us when something changes.
- Can I include client testimonials?
- Carefully, and only if you want to. Mental health testimonials require informed consent and must avoid implying treatment outcomes. We have a workflow for doing it ethically, and we are equally happy to build trust on the page without them.
